Massive drop off had resulted in a 20% completion rate for our health assessment and product recommendation funnel. We needed to improve personalization and trust to drive sign-ups.

WeightWatchers’ Cancellation Funnel
How I leveraged AI, decreased churn and drove a 300% increase in retained revenue.
Cancellations were rising as subscription lengths increased. We needed a smarter way to prevent churn while simplifying the cancellation experience.
BODi
How I drove subscriptions and add-on orders by creating a quick check-out flow and dynamic cart messaging.
Shipping costs were too high and users couldn’t add to upcoming shipments. We found a new way to drive add-on orders and new subscriptions with a simplified cart experience.
Ongo Science
How I improved content discovery and increased engagement through preference setting and recommendations.
Users couldn’t find helpful articles or workout sessions for their specific training needs. We needed to guide users to following topics, adding interests and customizing their experience.
